Wondrous Travels
Optional archive

Apparatus Archive

Companions, workbooks, and scholar annexes for the Wondrous Travels cycle.

The novels remain the primary encounter. These files are for rereading, teaching, research, translation review, and sustained study after the voyage has begun.

Use this as a map, not an entrance.

The archive is deliberately sorted by reader need. A first-time reader should begin with the novel. A returning reader, teacher, scholar, editor, or translator can use the files below to locate dockets, questions, terms, and pressure points without making explanation the real book.

Workbooks and reader routes

These pages orient rereading. They offer chapter dockets, questions, and teaching routes while returning authority to the novels.

Scholar archives

Scholar annexes

These pages are for sustained study: technical apparatus, indices, problem sets, comparative frames, and research questions.

Governing note

On apparatus

The apparatus is legitimate only when it orients without absolving. It must not become a seventh operation that processes the novels on the reader’s behalf.

Rule: use the companion only when it increases pressure rather than reduces it. If a note feels more complete than the passage it describes, the note has gone too far.
